Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy, please remember to call or text as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your appointment and I’ll be happy to reschedule you on a day that works better for you. I would like to remind clients my business hours are 10am - 6pm Tuesday through Saturday. Cancellation; -All cancellation’s must be done 48 hours in advance before the service is scheduled. I send out text reminder’s to all clients as well to remind them and prevent confusion. I do this as a courtesy to my clients but it remains the clients responsibility to know their appointment date and time. Appointment Policies & Communication Hours To provide the best service to all of my clients and maintain a healthy work-life balance, I kindly ask that all business-related communication take place during my posted business hours. Messages received outside of business hours will be responded to on the next business day. Please note that sending a text message outside of business hours does not guarantee that it has been received or reviewed until I return during business hours. Additionally, my 48- hour cancellation policy remains in effect regardless of when a cancellation request is sent. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 10:00 AM and a cancellation message is sent at 8:00 AM the day before, the appointment is considered canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice and the cancellation policy will apply. Thank you for your understanding, respect for my time, and cooperation with these policies. -If a call or text, in order to cancel 48-hours in advance is not done by the client, the client will be charged 50% of that scheduled service and a reschedule will happen for a future date. LATE POLICY -If the client is late and the time left after arrival doesn’t allow for the full service, 25% of the service fee will be charged and a reschedule will happen for a future date Chemical and Big Service Deposit Required; -A deposit is required to book any chemical service. The deposit is nonrefundable and will go toward the cost of your service. If you need to reschedule, the deposit will be applied to future service as long as that appointment was canceled/rescheduled at least 48 hrs prior to the original appointment.
